Openness and an instinct for what matters—that’s what makes the Johanneshof special. It has been connected to wine for generations, and for some time now, it has become even more than that. A place of enjoyment and a place to call home—for ourselves and for our guests.

We’ve been growing grapes here for five generations. In 1923, we had just 0.5 hectares on the Ried Mitterfeld. Today, we have 40 hectares, spread around Tattendorf and Gumpoldskirchen. Quality like this simply must not disappear. More than that: it must be allowed to develop and grow. Otherwise, it remains nothing more than a myth.
