We grow the grapes for this wine in various Vineyards with warm, well-drained soils around Tattendorf.
Vinification and Ageing
To achieve a pleasant fruitiness, we age this wine in large wooden barrels for ten months after fermentation.

Cherry fruit with subtle spicy notes. Very harmonious, velvety-soft yet full-bodied.
