A blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Chardonnay.
Vinification and Ageing
To bring out a lovely fruitiness, we age the Sauvignon Blanc portion in stainless steel and then blend it with the Chardonnay, which was previously fermented in large oak barrels.
Tasting Note
Aromas of exotic fruits and sponge cake. Creamy with elegant acidity. Invigorating, refreshing, and with good length on the palate.
