Origin
With its “stone-rich” soil, Frauenfeld is one of the world’s best Vineyard Sites for growing St. Laurent. The grapes for this wine come from vines that are at least 35 years old.
Vinification and Ageing
After fermentation, vinification and ageing take place for about sixteen months in small French and Austrian oak barrels.
Tasting Note
A bouquet of dark berries with a hint of marzipan. Finely structured with a long finish.
