briefly seared dark meats, wild fowl such as pheasant and pigeon, elegant game dishes such as venison steak or fawn medallions, and especially with spicy and aged cheeses.

Origin

The grapes for this Cuvée, made from St. Laurent and Pinot Noir, ripen in the exquisite Ried Steingarten in Tattendorf.

Vinification and Ageing

After the grapes from these two Grape Varieties have been carefully selected, they are fermented together in wooden fermentation tanks and then aged in small wooden barrels with medium toasting. A wine by Michael Reinisch.

Tasting Note

A bouquet of red berries and black cherries; full-bodied on the palate, complex, and supremely elegant. Refined and brilliant, modern yet exceptionally harmonious.
