The gift card store is operated using a system provided by Incert. The ordering process is completed within this externally provided system.

Alternatively, you can contact us by phone or in person. Our staff will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have about our offerings and ordering options.
Accessibility Measures
In the technical and editorial design of our website, we take the following principles into account in particular:
- Content and features should be provided in a way that is perceptible, operable, understandable, and technically robust.
- Navigation elements, buttons, and forms should have clear labels and, whenever possible, be operable using the keyboard.
- Content is organized using a clear hierarchy of headings and a logical page structure.
- Images and other non-text content are provided with appropriate text alternatives to the extent that they convey information.
- The website is designed to accommodate different screen sizes and zoom levels.
- System settings for reducing motion and animations are taken into account.
- Addresses and key directions are provided in text form in addition to the embedded maps.
- Prompts and error messages in forms should be easy to understand and should not rely solely on color for communication.
- Questions about our offerings and services can also be asked by phone or email.
Status of Compatibility
On August 31, 2026, a technical self-audit of the website was conducted. This included an examination of the source code used and selected components. The audit was supported by automated and AI-powered tools.
A comprehensive, independent audit of all pages, ordering processes, external systems, PDF documents, and interactions with assistive technologies has not yet been conducted. Therefore, full compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA or EN 301 549 cannot currently be confirmed.
Based on our self-assessment to date, we are not aware of any other specific barriers on the website we operate ourselves. However, certain content and external systems have not yet been fully evaluated.
Content that has not yet been fully reviewed
PDF documents
Our website features, among other things, food and beverage menus, wine lists, brochures, and other documents in PDF format. These documents have not yet been fully tested for accessibility.
If you need information from a document that is not accessible, please contact us. We will provide you with the relevant information in an appropriate alternative format, if possible.
External Services
We use systems from third-party providers for certain functions. These include, in particular:
- Incert for the gift card store,
- Wallee, PayPal, and card providers for payment processing,
- Molzait for reservation inquiries,
- HUGO, or Hotellogin, for room reservation requests and check-in,
- Google Maps for map views.
We have not yet fully tested the accessibility of these systems. We welcome reports of accessibility issues and will forward them to the respective provider as necessary.
Ongoing Review
Reinisch GmbH reviews the accessibility of its digital offerings whenever significant technical or content-related changes are made, and at least once a year.
In particular, we take into account changes to the website, the wine shop, the gift certificate shop, payment methods, and integrated external services. We review feedback from users and incorporate it into our efforts to further improve our offerings.
The next scheduled review is scheduled for September 1, 2027, at the latest.
