Origin
On the long, southeast-facing slope between Gumpoldskirchen and Guntramsdorf, we have access to excellent Burgundy vineyards at Anninger. This refined Grape Variety has been cultivated here in the Thermenregion since the 12th century.
Vinification and Ageing
To preserve its great elegance and terroir character, we vinify this wine with the utmost care and age it for about sixteen months in lightly toasted wooden barrels of various sizes.
Tasting Note
Fruity with a complex bouquet of raspberries and. A hint of natural sweetness rounds out the aromatic profile. Long and impressive on the finish.
