This wine is named after the historical village of Gumpoldskirchen and is a blend of the two local grape varietals Zierfandler and Rotgipfler.

fermentation in steel tank and old big barrels, afterwards 3 months on the fine yeast

tasting notes

match with
goes well with lots of Asian spices, pastries and goose liver, also great to well seasoned fish dishes

ideal serving temperature 10° C, whitewine glass, ageing potential 3 years.
